Evilly (aka BillEva) Gets Married!

Hi all - attached are pics from a great wedding I just went too. My former coworker Eva Hui got married to her LONG time boyfriend Billy. The old gang came back out and saw her get married. Good times. Here's my favorite pic from the event (thanks Crystal for taking it). Click here to go to the wedding photo album.

July Fourth Weekend

Updated with more pics from the cabin weekend and my golf outing. Great stuff with great friends. Some key words about this weekend (in no order): all you can eat pancakes and ham to die for, froggie pitches a tent, booty and the beast, and of course golfing at tumble creek.

Here's a snippet video for kicks (with Brandon at the parade):

I'm here to pick up my plane...

That's right.  That's what my friend from Oslo said to me when he said he's coming to Seattle.  Frode was picking up a 737-800 straight off the production line in Renton.  So he hung out with me on Friday (went out with the boys and got some beers) and all day Saturday.  Frode did what all good Europeans did when in America these days - making their currency exchange rate work for them...  What a sad state the US dollar is in these days.  So I took everywhere to shop including a nice stop (for Starbucks coffee of course) at Carillon Point where we saw wedding pictures taking place and have dinner at McCormicks on Lake Union.  Here are some pics.

Hole in One!

Yes I have achieved an was an unbelievably lucky event. A hole in one.  It was at Washington National Golf course in Auburn, WA. (Home of Husky Golf).  It was the 8th Hole, par 3, 153 yards out.  I had my 6 iron in hand.  It was cleanly hit, going directly at it in the air.  I'm thinking, damn, that's a fine shot.  It bounced on the green once and started rolling about 15 feet toward the hole.  It was crazy to see it finally go in.  Lots of screaming, yelling.  The guy with a house on the tee box gave us four beers!

Now - ignore the final round score completely.  It is literally the worst round I've played in about 1 year.  But I have a hole in one...

May-Hee-Co! May-Hee-Co!

Yes - those were the chants that we heard until late at night as Mexico beat China in an exhibition game at Qwest Field.  I scored tickets from former-work and invited Jesse, Kevin and Mark to come along.  Click here are the pics of this event.
